Brian Maroevich grew up in Marin County, California. A typical suburban community. His friends and family often refer him to as "Donny" (from Donny and Marie). Brian looks like Donny ever so slightly. It’s an ongoing joke with family and friends...not something he relishes, but whatever, it’s funny :-)

Although Brian received his degree in Economics, he is actually more creative than he is analytical. For example, Brian was a professional drummer...yes a drummer in jazz and rock bands. In his early twenties he was playing all types of clubs, party’s, and weddings...and dealt with all kinds of colorful characters in the business.

After getting his degree, Brian went on to start a more professional career in the life insurance industry. He began as a wholesaler for a major insurance company.

During his tenure as a wholesaler, Brian quickly realized the advantages of becoming an independent agent. Shortly thereafter he became an independent agent and continued with a successful career.

At this time Brian’s talents in selling where becoming apparent. He successfully sold where many could not.

During this career Brian discovered that most agents where starving for new clients, leads, and referrals and he saw an opportunity to help agents with their marketing.

As Brian polished his marketing abilities, he tested many different letters and postcards to generate leads. He discovered that the best quality leads and the highest response came from the ads and letters that where easy to read and had benefit laden or controversial headlines. After this discovery, Brian quickly became a student of direct marketing. Ultimately he wrote and successfully sold a marketing course for insurance agents and financial planners.

Several years later, Brian is an accomplished entrepreneur, copywriter, and direct marketing expert.

Brian has helped businesses (including his own) sell a wide array of products via his marketing skills including marketing courses, telecommunications, legal expense plans, insurance, books, and more.

Brian now teaches, consults, and sells valuable marketing information to individuals and businesses on how to grow their businesses using unique direct marketing and other promotional techniques. He currently lives in Marin County with his wife and has a new edition to the family on the way!
